❌ Normal wear and tear in high-traffic areas

❌ Installation faults caused by products supplied by customer (if unsuitable)

 

📌 For example: If the subfloor has hidden issues (moisture, movement, rot) and this affects flooring later, this is not considered workmanship failure.
